Resetting your network password is a simple task that can be accomplished by using the SSPR (Self Service Password Reset) Portal

On any computer or internet-connected phone, go to the following website:   https://aka.ms/sspr

 

Click on Forgot my password

Complete the Captcha and click Next

You will see the available authentication options. 

Choose the desired option and complete the reset process.
